Nicole Osland is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, but has been a resident of Alexander County for the last fifteen years, currently residing in the Bethlehem community.
She is married to her husband, Jarrod, who is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and they are the proud parents of four beautiful daughters ‑‑ Destiny, Cierra, Sequoya & Sophia.
Nicole and her family enjoy socializing with friends and going camping.
Nicole worked in the medical field for six years in the areas of Nursing and Phlebotomy. She then decided to stay at home through her daughter's pre-school years. Once they were all of school age, she decided to follow her passion of law, and is now currently attending Caldwell Community College's Paralegal program where she will receive her associate degree and take the Paralegal Certification Exam administered by the North Carolina State Bar upon graduation. Her studies include Civil Litigation, Legal Research and Writing, Real Estate, Family Law, Wills, Estates and Trusts, and Commercial Law.
She is a member of the The National Society of Leadership and Success and has served as a Guardian ad Litem/Volunteer.
Nicole is Attorney Caryn Brzykcy's legal assistant in the areas of Social Services Disability, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Workers Compensation, and Estates.
Alexandria (Alex) Corbett is originally from Alexander County and now resides in Statesville with her husband, Bryan Corbett. They have one son, Hudson, and one daughter, Blake.
A graduate of Alexander Central High School, Alex earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009. Alex is also a licensed (inactive) North Carolina real estate broker.
Alex began working for Harbinson and Brzykcy in 2018 as office manager for the Statesville location when the firm was known as Harbinson, Brzykcy & Corbett, LLP. Once her husband began his role as a District Court Judge and left the firm, she transitioned to being the legal assistant to Attorney Joel Harbinson in the area of Traffic cases.
